Failed job interview because of lack of excel skills...

Hi, I'm a bit dissapointed - I failed an interview because of my lack of excel skills. The employer asked me to peform an array and basically I got stuck. Can someone please point me in the right direction for advice, places to study? Ideally a YouTube channel I can sub to. Thanks.

That's how I started. Just work your way through some of the tutorials that Google has listed there, then try applying what you learn to the problem you were given at interview.

What I have done over the years is copied and pasted useful hints and tips into a OneNote notebook, and that has been invaluable to me.

Many here are self-taught (I know I am), and learn by doing - helping on forums like this, seeing how others approach/anser questions, trying to duplicate/improve on suggestions made etc
