Pivot Table Help

Hello all,

I am working on pivot tables. Our database has a bunch of charities in it and every charity has a primary and a secondary category. We have 14 different categories. My question is, can I run a pivot table that will take both categories into consideration. For example, one of the categories is "Animals". Can a pivot table show the totals for "Animals", primary and secondary added together? If you have any questions please ask and I will answer. Thank you for your help.
