Can you change print settings?

Hello

In my current job there is only one use for Excel, although it doesn't take much time to do when we print items management wants us to have them in landscape mode and change the scaling to "Fit Sheet on One Page". Since I do this all day it can get annoying to continue to change the settings, is there a way to change these things? I considered changing the default setting on my printer to landscape but some items I print (not in Excel) need to be in portrait.

Have you tried recording a macro in your Personal.xls file?
