create chart to automatically fill my data in orderly forms

HI there,

The scenario is that i have to inspect around a few thousand items, and key in details of all of them. I wanted to simplify this by using excel.
Is there any way for me to solve this issue? i want my data to automatically appear in order and for me just to stay in one screen and to keep filling.

I am not sure I get your question. So you have data that you want to load to Excel to analyze/inspect correct?

Where is the data (items) now? Is it on a database, text document, web?
