These and other players win and lose sometimes but I need a formula for their stats

attach your sample workbook instead of images, it is a lot easier to work with.

anyway, I have a suggestion to reformat how your whole book is working...

how about you make a cell (or 2) where you have a drop down of individual players, then your stats are output depending on which option is selected. Then you just need a master list of your winners/loses and you can pull data from there. You could make a dependent list for the second cell (loser) and include a none option for their overall win/loss ratio.

there's a helper column in c that combines your winner/loser so you can count them, then spits out the results.

on the list tab, there are formulas that give unique lists depending on your data in the first two tabs.

I was trying to come up with the "everyone" option, but got a little confused with the combining of lists in validation, so that's a no-go for now, sorry. So I decided to just put overall stats for both options below.

do you mean to list each individual match of a player? You can do that with a filter on the helper column. No need to over-complicate the sheet with more formulas.

Select a cell in the helper column. Press Ctrl+Shift+L to add a filter. Then in the search box, type the name of the player you are interested in. This will filter out everything that doesn't include that name in the winner/loser column, thus giving you your desired results.
