fill color row based on conditional formatting

hi,

how do you fill color RED the row from column A to Z if the month-year in Z is below the current month-year using conditional formatting?

example:

the value in Z2 is 06/01/16
since the value month of Z2 is June 2016 which is below the current month of September 2016
it will fill color RED the row from A2 to Z2
