need to use concatenate with an IF formula where a condition is met

    Hi All,

Joined here with alot of hope

    Hoping you guys can help.

I have 3 columns A, B and C. And column C is blank but I need to get data into this column.

My column A has a list of groups and column B has a list of users of that group. So basically the groups in column A will be repeating itself. You may take a look at the sample file attached or the refer to the table below which isn't very good looking.

Now I need to concatenate the values from B1 to the end but as long as A1 equals to A2. So as long as my data in A is same as subsequent cell my formula should concatenate B1 until the value in A1 changes. Hoping this is doable

    c 0|
    c 1|
    c 2|
    a 3|
    a 4|
    a 5|
    a 6|
    a 7|
    a 8|
    a 9|
    a 10|
    a 11|
    a 12|
    a 13|
    b 14|
    b 15|
    b 16|
    b 17|
    b 18|
    b 19|
