    Advanced Filter Column

    Hello All,

    Please see attached.

I have a tracker that contains a list of dates in columns M-AD. These are my project milestones. I have added column L. I need a formula in Column L that will allow me to filter to do the following:
    • Show all sites that have a Lease Actual Date but are not yet Acuisition Actual
    • Show All sites that have an Acuisition Actual Date but not yet Work Start Actual Date
    • Show all sites that have a Work Start Actual date but not yet Work Complete Actual date
    • Show all sites that have a Work Actual Date but not yet Job Complete Actual
    • Show all sites that have a Job Complete Actual Date but not yet Transfer Actual
    • Show all sites that have a Transfer Actual Date but not yet an Engineer Actual Date
    • Show al sites Engineer Actual but not yet Deliverable Actual
    • Show all sites that are Deliverable Actual but do not have an Customer Accepted Actual Date

My goal would be to click on a drop down in column L for example and select something like "Deliverable Actual, Not Customer Accepted" to get a full view of projects that are Deliverable Actual but not yet Customer Accepted.

**NOTE** our database will either populate a blank, 1/1/1950/ or 1/1/1900 for sites that are not yet Actualized/Actual. In order for there to be an actual date, it would need to be greater than 1.

    Re: Advanced Filter Column

    Hi
See if this proposed solution helps.
I used a new sheet to put the advanced filter and coded that filter to obtain a numerical value that allows you to apply the filter in column L.
So, use in column L the following formula
    Formula: copy to clipboard
