Need help to re-arrange data automatically

I need your help to re-arrange the data automatically. I am attaching a sample file of 20kb. I will put all the data manually but the data should be arranged automatically as I have designed in the excel sheet. I will be grateful to you.

This is completely unclear to me. What data do you want sorted? How do you want it sorted? Where do you want it to go?

Thanks for your sharp reply. I am attaching the file again. In first sheet 'Data" I will input the data every day and in second sheet "Rearrange", I want the data in two segment-1) "Intention to buy" & 2) "Intention to sell". All the script that are green in colour should be in "Intention to buy" segment and all the script that are red in colour should be in "Intention to sell" segment. The script should be arranged as I have framed in "Rearrage" sheet. The date should be sorted from newest t oldest.
Please find the attachment (20kb). If is any confusion, I will try my level best to make it clear again.

OK. This is not EXACTLY what you want; but hopefully it will be close enough. It's not on YOUR sheet yet, as the size of the text boxes made checking the formula very awkward. So check this out and see if it is acceptable to you. It still needs to be made a bit more dynamic by adding some Named ranges to make updating easier. However, I am not going to spend more time at this until I know that you are OK with the layout.

Check it over CAREFULLY and let me know.
