What I am trying to do is average a column of cells (Alpha sheet, column Q) dependent if a column (Alpha sheet, column N) if filled out with a date and if column H equals a specific value in cell N51 which is on a different sheet.
Here is what I got but it is not working correctly.

Instead of averageif, try using averageifS()
