dragging dates across in table

Hello I have a table. On the top row I want to copy and paste patterns by pulling the right grid of three months, Jan 15, Feb 15, Mar 15 and it won't do it. I tried changing the format to date to make sure but it's returning all sorts of date patterns that are not what I want. I checked and it's 1/1/2015, 2/1/2015, and so on. Que papa?
