if condition with greater than and equal senario

can someone please provide me one formula for the below scenario;

if cell B2 is greater or equal to 5 and less than or equal to 8 then B1 - 10%, if greater than or equal to 9 and less than and equal to 10 then B1 - 15%, if grater than 10 then B1 -100%
