Client Data in Columns - how to create a client drop down

I have inherited a project. It involves an Excel spreadsheet that contains unique client data in columns...instead of rows. See below.

The request is that I create a tab...where it will display Column A (names of all data elements)...and the actual client data in the next two columns using some kind of drop down.

    Is this even possible?

Thank you for your reply. See below.

The goal is to insert a column at the beginning of the client list. It should have a drop down to select the Client. Then...the two columns below will populate with the data for that client.

    Thanks,

Re: Client Data in Columns - how to create a client drop down

    I've made some progress.

I created a Data Validation list at the top. So...now when I select Client A - the information for Client A populates below. I did this using VLOOKUP.
The problem is when I choose Client B...or any other client I don't get any results.

I think it's the VLOOKUP formula that I'm using.
