Create a Table Structure from raw data

Hi All,

Just need some advise if its Possible for Excel to accomplish this.

I have a system that output a tab delimited file. Is it possible to create a macro / VBA function that I could use to import this data into excel?

1. Open Excel Spread Sheet
2. Press a Macro button
3. Pop up so I can enter the file name and path
4. Data is imported into a table
