Drop down selection and then restricted selections from that choice

Hello,

I'm currently running Excel 2010. I'm looking at creating a document that requires drop down selection. From the desired selection, i then want to limit the next choices from that chosen selection.

I have attached the file 'template' with all the required data on it, so just need to know how to link it all together. The outcome I am looking for is select 'DAF' from the "Manufacturer" option; then it limits the selection in "Model" option to just 'CF', 'LF' 'N/A' and 'XF' (currently in the data input section under "DAF Mod"). I would also like to link another limited selection to when the "Manufacturer" option is selected with regards to the "Wheelbase" option. EG Select 'DAF', then the "Model" (options mentioned as above) with then the only selection of "DAF WB" (found in data input ranging from 3000 to 7300).

If you could just advise on the process/formula of one of the manufacturing options; i can then use the same on the remaining manufacturers.

Hello,

There seems to be nothing in the selection box after the first selection. I have followed the data validation to the correct process and named the categories with the corresponding list but there is nothing to select from the drop down menu. I had the code "the source currently evaluates to an error. Do you want to continue?" but this seemed acceptable from the tutorial.
