Users registration forecast

Hello,

Just a little help here please!!

I am just trying to calculate a forecast for users registrations which will show in which day I will reach 100 users in the system and stop there. Any ideas on how I can do this?

Cannot provide any specific suggestions with so little information. Standard approach I would expect to see:

1) Analyze historic data for trends. Do the trends look seasonal, linear, exponential, or whatever it happens to be.
2) Quantify the trend -- usually some kind of regression type algorithm
3) Use the result of (2) to extrapolate/forecast the desired value.

Most of the time, the Excel programming parts are steps 2 and 3, assuming you already know how to do (1).
