Is it possibly to copy an existing filter list to a new sheet?

I hope I'm explaining this well. I run some metrics monthly and I get the data from our ticketing software. When I am trying to sort the information, I often have to recreate the filter categories. Here is an example:

Just a small screenshot but I have about 20 categories. Is there any way to copy that list over into a new document?

I hope I explained this well enough.

Yes, create a custom list. Type your list in the order you like it in a single column range. go to File>Options>Advanced>Edit Custom Lists. Add a new list and select the range with the list in it. Now whenever you open a new workbook, all you need to do is type the first item in the list and fill the range down. It works the same as Mon, Tue, Wed etc.
    Frob first, tweak later
