Smile Duplicate sheet, delete data but save formulas

Want to create next year P & L tax records for rental properties. Want to save headings and categories, copy sheet to use for next year, delete old data, but save formulas. I did this a year ago and someone gave me really nice step-by-step, but I forgot how. Thanks for your help

    Hi
select the range, Ctrl+G, then SPECIAL
select CONSTANT option and check NUMBERS (remove checkbox from Text, Logical, & Errors)
    then OK

now the cell with values only is selected (omitting formula cells) then PRESS Delete button.

    Hi Sadath,

When you say "select the range" do you mean I should drag from the upper left corner and select my whole spreadsheet?

not required to select the range.
if you select range, values in the selected range will select
else values in the entire sheet will select.

I still don't understand. First you said, "select range". I asked you what you meant by that and how I would do it. Now you say it's not necessary to select range. I need VERY step-by-step instructions. Thank you

I still don't understand. First you said, "select range". I asked you what you meant by that and how I would do it. Now you say it's not necessary to select range. I tried to get to your second step by dragging to select the whole spreadsheet, then hitting "CTRL G", but then I couldn't find the "CONSTANT" option.

I know this isn't very hard. I've done it before. Just need very clear step-by-step instructions.

I'd welcome another opinion on this. Thanks all.
