    Help with a health roster

Hi, I hope someone can help me out with this.
I have put together various rosters but either the hours do not add up or my staff will be burnt out.
I am trying to put together a yearly 24/7 roster for a team of 7, the shifts are as follows.
    2 on from 08:00-16:00 2 on from 16:00-22:00 1 on 22:00-08:00 7 days off after nights.
Sat and Sun only 1 person on duty on the same hours as above.
Any help would be great, thanks.

Welcome to the forum! Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Could you let us know what some of your expected outcomes would be?

Re: Help with a health roster

Well we have gone from a team of 10 to 7 now and as shift workers the yearly hours have to total up to 1904 hours a year, I need to make sure that this is possible firstly they do not burn out, they get to do their hours and they do not lose out also getting days off, or should we get more people back in the team.

OK, fine - so what do you want the workbook to do for you that it isn't already doing? In what way are the calculations incorrect? Or am I not understanding the problem?
