Do not know what formulas to use.

Okay so I am trying to figure out a way to input a value into a cell but difficult way I guess.
I will put the example first.
A B C D E F
1 3 1.2
2 4 5.3
3 1 2.3
4
5
Q R S T U V
1 1 Value
2 2
3 3
4 4
5 5

So above is the excel spread. I am trying to insert a value into S1 where if one of the cell in A1-A5 equals to Q1, I want S1 to be equal to C1.
The value should be 2.3.

Another example is I want to put a value in S4 where if one of the cell in A1-A5 equals Q4, then S4 should equal to 5.3.

Its so hard to even explain it but please help?
