Alternative system to primitive +28 function

I've attached a file here which is a smaller representation how we currently do things. So we have a huge list of customers from different branches, which have a data entry date , dispatch date (which is 2 working days after) and delivery date (which is the next day after the dispatch date).
Currently, we just have a another 2 sets of these same columns which do the simple (=C1 +28) formula, to add 28 days to the first set. The aim of this is to show the next dates the customers order will be dispatched.
And once we run paste these 3 months, I simple select the dates in columns C, D and E and add 28 days with paste Special - Add

2 Things:

(1) is there some better system we could use? The only date which is used often on our end is the dispatch date.
So is there a way of selecting a month and year, and the sheet automatically generates the corresponding dispatch dates for that time frame?

(2) We also need to create a dispatch list each day, which is a list (organised by branch number) of all patients which have a dispatch date which falls on that particular day. Big potential here for human error if its just someone copying and pasting by hand.

I tried to automate that process here: http://www.excelforum.com/excel-prog...hird-cell.html

But seems a long winded way of doing something which could be a lot simpler? Any ideas anyone can think of?

I looked at this the other day. I notice nobody has jumped on it. Can you provide a bit more information? I'm having an issue seeing exactly what the problem is.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

Bumping to get this back into focus for the OP again
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
