Sort items to places.

Hey everyone,
I have a problem to solve and I need your help.
I have a warehouse and I need to make an excel file for the items locations.
*The file should show the items code (x-1,g-34,c-2) versus the items locations (1.5.3,3.5.2) same as in picture 1.1,2.2,3.3.
*each color marks a sheet (1.1-sheet 1, 2.2- sheet 2, 3.3-sheet 3)
*there are places that would be empty as same as in sheet 1.
This is the thirst time I am using excel in professional way so I don’t have any previous knowledge so please explain as detailed as you can.
*picture 4.4 is taken from the original file I should work on.
