Dear Experts,
I am looking for the formula to change the date. If the payment date is greater than 15 then the service start date would be considered as next month first day but if the payment date is less than 15 then the service date would be start from the current month first day.
Request to you please provide the formula dear Experts.

assuming dates start in B2 then you can use
=DATE(YEAR(B2),MONTH(B2)+IF(DAY(B2)>15,1,0),1)
Use DAY and EOMONTH functions.
