Index match not working

    Index match not working

    On my spreadsheet I am looking up values in 'Gantt' sheet to put into 'helper3' sheet columns for referencing.
    However something is wrong with my formula on the 'helper3' tab column I2 and down. It should return values from B row in 'Gantt' sheet.
