Is this what you want?
=INDEX($D$2:$D$14,MATCH(A2&" "&B2&" "&"X",INDEX($A$2:$A$14&" "&$B$2:$B$14&" "&$C$2:$C$14,0),0))

Works Perfectly Fine for me
Good stuff, happy to help
Hey, this formula works perfectly fine with me but my data is humongous so I had to remove the $ signs and insert complete columns in it. Like D:D. Now this formula is working completely fine for me until I reach a random cell say 2023 where the formula starts returning values which aren't what was dictated in the formula. Why is that the formula works fine halfway through the spreadsheet and then starts behaving incorrectly?
Can you show me what your revised formula looks like?
