Series of Dates With Quarter End Dates

Dear All,
I wish to prepare a date schedule, where user will input the start date, an end date and another date in between. Say, the first date is 15 Jan 2016, end date is 20 Dec 2017 and the 2nd given date is 14 Feb 2016. The next date will be auto generated based on 2nd given date using the formula =EDATE($B$3,ROWS($B$4:B4)). [here the 2nd given date is in B3 cell].

In this list of dates the quarter end dates should be included starting from start date. Quarter end dates are 31 Mar, 30 Jun, 30 Sep and 31 Dec. The list will continue up to the end date given. I have attached a sample depicting the scenario. In Case 1- the start date is 15-Jan-16, 2nd given date is 14-Feb-16 and end date is 20-Dec-17. In Case 2- the start date is 15-Jan-16, 2nd given date is 14-Jul-16 and end date is 20-Dec-17. I have colored the quarter end dates. How to achieve this schedule?
