    conditional formatting

    hi Guys

    Please find attached.

I am not getting the formatting right. I want to test for ALL of the % fields..if they are > 5%, they need to be highlighted in RED.

I'm only getting Cellphone Banking to display correct.

    Thanks

    Re: conditional formatting

Click Conditional Formatting > Manage rules.

Select your rule, then click 'Edit Rule'

In the "Edit Formatting Rule" dialog box, tick the radio button captioned: 'All cells showing "Sum of % Calc" values'

    Format to suit.

    Click OK.

    See attachment for worked example.

Select the cell that works, then Copy

Select the other cells required, then paste special / formats

That's not the best way to ensure conditional formatting is applied as required to a pivot table. See my post #2.

    Re: conditional formatting

I didn't realise it was a pivot table and have no experience of them, so thanks for the warning. As it happens, I am beginning to learn pivot tables so it may well be useful.

    Thanks
