Code to search text then select row and transpose data into new sheet

Hi,

Can someone please help me with a code such that it searches for the text 'Total' then simply takes the whole data on that same row and transposes onto a new worksheet?

e.g.
Cell F5 contains the text 'Total'. There are hard coded values on row 5 from G5 to T5 which needs to be transposed into a new worksheet such that column A is now populated from A7 to A20 with the same values?

If the row where the text 'Total' was fixed then my 'recorded macro' works fine. But because the row where 'Total' is located varies, my recorded macro is not working.

Any help much appreciated.
