Saving excel table to word

    Hi Everyone,
To start I am a novice at any type of coding and am starting to learn. I have borrowed the code below.
I have an Excel workbook with a button to allow the contents of the table to be exported to Word. The contents on the table are hyperlinked in Excel and when exported to Word the hyperlinks change to Absolute paths. I need to keep them relative. I have done some research and have found that it has to be saved as a .doc file not a .docx. Can somebody look at the code I have a guide me how to ensure that the Word document is automated to be saved as a .doc?

    Many thanks

If saving as a .doc in Word the correct syntax is:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
So building up the string, I would try something like this:

Note - I have not tested the final line but logically it seems correct

Your post does not comply with Rule 3 of our Forum RULES. Use code tags around code.

    Posting code between
Please Login or Register to view this content.
tags makes your code much easier to read and copy for testing, it also maintains VBA formatting.

Highlight your code and click the # icon at the top of your post window. More information about these and other tags can be found at http://www.excelforum.com/forum-rule...rum-rules.html

(I have added them for you today. Please take a few minutes to read all Forum Rules and comply in the future.)
