correlate and determine productivity and utilization weekly, monthly and annualy

I have an exel spread sheet which I use to correlate and determine productivity and utility of company trucks. I easily determine the daily percentage achieved but am struggling to determine the weekly and annual percentages achieved.

My spread sheet is from Monday to Sunday and each day's productivity (Deliveries) and utility (Daily mass) is entered on a daily basis. This is measured against predetermined quantities required. I need to conceive a formula whereby I can take the daily figures and convert them into percentages of the required quantities weekly and annually on the same spread sheet.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
