Userform Survey only populating for one of 4 possible answers

I have created a userform to administer a behavioral health tool called the PHQ 9 (9 question test). For each question you have 4 choices (rarely, sometimes, often, always). I created some VBA that addresses each of the 4 option buttons within their respective frame. No matter how I answer, the only number that populates is "3", which corresponds to the last option button. Here is the code. OptionButton 79,80,81,82 correspond to question 1, and that pattern repeats for 9 questions. Can you see what is wrong here?

Just figured it out...I have to use "If", "else if" and "else" statements
