Compare 2 columns with 1 column and highlight difference

Hi Guys,

Can you please help me out with the problem?

I have large list of names in two columns (First name and Last name) and combined name in one column. I need to compare First name and Last name with combined column and highlight the difference in combined column.

Is there any formula or VBA macro to do this?


I have attached a sample file for reference.

Before looking at your data I would have said easy to split and compare. Except in the combined column it's not just first and last and the format doesn't stay the same throughout. I'm interested to see how Someone solves this.

I needed text color/highlight for the difference in combined column, but I really appreciate your solution. Your formula helped me little.

Anybody else can help me with the desired results using VBA/Macro. All your help will be much appreciated.
