Creating Unique Key

Hello, I need to create a a unique key for each record in excel that does not change if someone INSERTS or DELETE a ROW.

It can be something that 'maps' 3-4 columns and generates a key OR it could be some random key that stays with row record even if someone Sorts / Delete / Inserts columns.

How about sequential numbers -- 1, 2, 3, ...?
