Transfer Data into another worksheet, multiple criteria

Hello,

I need to transfer data from a database into another worksheet, to have a specific overview.
Cannot use vlookup because I have multiple criteria.

Please find example attached.

Specifically:
In the sheet "Outcome" I need the "Number" listed according to whether it is classified as "A" or "B". I tried a formula with Index Match but it only returns to me the first value accordingly. If I have more than one "Number" in a "Group" it just shows the first "Number".

(The "Name" column I can easily fill with vlookup once I have the "Number")
