Run Time Error 1004 after selecting cells with Data Validation.

Hi - I have a bit of a strange error that occurs only after a cell with some DATA VALIDATION is selected.

Here is the code that crashes after I select any cell with DATA VALIDATION in it. (Crashes on the code in BOLD)

Hope someone can shed some light as to why? Everything works fine until I select a cell with Data Validation.
