Merge Multiple Rows into One and Output in New Sheet

    Hey Gurus,

I am just trying to learn VBA but need help with a report. I have a file of data with multiple rows for one person that I need to then report out as a single row with all of the data for that person on a new worksheet. Each person can have up to 7 rows of data while others have 8. I need those 7 rows to be become a single row. Please see the attached document with the raw data that I begin with on tab -- Raw Data and the desired output on the Output tab. I would love some help with a macro that can generate the output for me.

    Any help will be appreciated
