Excel files not working in different pcs through dropbox

Hi

I have a folder in dropbox using all my excel files in it.
In one pc where I created it, it works fine, all formulas and conditionals in a workbook, work perfectly the moment i change them.
While the same files in a new pc through dropox are not working properly, changes made in one file do not show in another one.
Old pc is with windows 8 and office 2010 while new pc is windows 10 and office 2016 365.

Any one can suggest me something?

Files are saved and sync also confirmed
There is something with source but I dont understand why, i guess i will have to save them on the same office, either 2010 or 2016 lets say.
If there is no correct answer then i will try to update office.
