    Excel 2016 can no longer Cut and Paste - should I try reinstalling?

    Suddenly, when I try to cut and paste anything (even a single cell), I get the ol' spinning circle and a Not Responding in the upper left. I'm interested if anyone has ever had this same problem and what they ended up doing...
    Basically, can't use Excel much at all right now - should I reinstall? Help please!
