Pivot Tables using multiple worksheets for data

Hello, I am trying to create a pivot table using data from three worksheets. I created a table and tried to create a relationship, but receive the both selected columns contain duplicate values. Any suggestions on how I can create a pivot table using multiple worksheets. I am using Excel 2016.
