Matching the positive cells with the Negative Cells values

Hi

I have been trying to check in many excel sheets that the positive and negative values which need to finally zero at the every month.
let say if there is one value has (477077.38) and the corresponding value has 477077.38 in same sheet. i need to filter those positive balalnces and the negative balances in a order.

please help me to get solve this
