    Help creating Lookup Table

    Hi! I need to program cells as follows (I will use sample cell addresses): If the contents of cell A1 (I'll call that the "source cell") is greater than zero, populate cell A2 (I'll call that "designation cell") with the value 379. I want to assign several source cells the instruction that if their content is greater than zero, populate other designation cells with a single constant value. In my sample, I assigned the constant value as 379. I would like it programmed such that if I changed the value of 379 to another value, the values appearing in all the designation cells would update accordingly. I think I can do this with a lookup table, but don't know how to do so. Do you know? Thanks in advance!

    Formula in cell A2:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    where cell Z1 contains 379.

    You can't put a formula in cell A1 which will change another cell.
