calculation based on multiple cell criteria

Refer sheet Drought1

the sheet has cultivatorwise crop damage list.

some cultivators have just few survey numbers, others may have more numbers.

I want to make the 'beneficiary total' for each beneficiary in column "I" in the same line where their name appears.

ie. when a data (serial number) is entered in any cell of column "A", the corresponding cell 'I' in that row should bring the value (beneficiary total) by calculating (sum) the (amount) in 'H'columns under that name only.

S.No.1 and 2 have respectively, 2 and 3 entries in H column.

Is it possible to do this in excel?

when more data is entered, it is not working. May be i'm unable to express what i want.

the formula should do the following

1.At first a beneficiary number 4 and name is entered in 8th row, A8.
2.Data is entered and outcome is arrived in cells of 'H' column, for example H8 to H15
2. so the beneficiary of serial number 4 should get the money sum of H8:H15 in I8.
3. The formula should note if any data is entered in A column, it should lookup into matching 'H' column series, till next serial number is entered in another following A cell.
