Please refer attach file.
In "Report-A" sheet : Column "A", "B", "E", "F" using formula : "INDEX, MATCH, COUNTIF, SUMIF" formula.
There is no need manually enter on above sheet.
In "Report-B" sheet : using "CONCATENATE"
