    Is there any possible way to hide #value! without changing the format of the cell

    Suppose your value in "A2" & in "B2" #VALUE!
    In "C2" enter formula:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    yes tested and work properly, but in excel2007.

    I also tested avk's suggestions, and they worked fine. All you need to do is to modify your existing formula in those cells by adding IFERROR( to the beginning and ,"") to the end then press the Enter key and then copy the formulae down.
