Hi avk, can you please attached the revised file. I am also using excel 2007
I also tested avk's suggestions, and they worked fine. All you need to do is to modify your existing formula in those cells by adding IFERROR( to the beginning and ,"") to the end then press the Enter key and then copy the formulae down.
