Insert 3 blank rows after every 6 rows of existing data

I'm trying to bulk update inventory by adding blank rows after each of the existing items. Each item has a set of variants so "Item 1" is listed 6 times in a row, once for each variant. I've attached a sheet showing "Current" results and "Desired". Is this possible without code? If not, I'll try the code...
