Need Help improving my worksheet

This has been working great, but have come to noticed that if our data is a certain way we get the wrong value for some of our fields.

It seems to always happen when our D/O is dropping (Number getting smaller) then we get a increase in that number we are getting the wrong result back.

For Example:
Data:

Depth D/O
14 5.42
16 0.37
18 0.57

What we are getting as a result:
DO5 RANGE
Depth ft DO ppm
14 5.42
18 0.57


What we need to get as the result:
DO5 RANGE
Depth ft DO ppm
14 5.42
16 0.37

We need it to pull the next lowest value. Regardless if it goes back up.

See if the following solves the issue, replace the array entered formula in D22* with:

*Be sure to activate by simultaneously pressing Ctrl, Shift and Enter while the cell is still in edit mode.
Select D22:E22 and simultaneously press Ctrl + C
Select D26 and simultaneously press Ctrl + v
Press the Esc key

It seems to be working!! I am going to run data through it to make sure there are no other special cases that bring up and error.
