Comparing two excel sheets

I'm attempting to find records that match between two sheets Columns A - Q
I thought using the Match function would work but I'm getting an error. Any ideas?

Here is the formula I used.
=MATCH(A2&B2&C2&D2&E2&F2&G2&H2&I2&J2&K2&L2&M2&N2&O2&P2,'DC WhereUsed 1.23.17'!$A$2:$P$82246,0)

That won't work - the MATCH function can only take a single column or row as its array, but besides that, your first term is joining all those cells together into one composite string and then you are trying to find a match between that and individual cells.

Can you explain more fully what you are trying to achieve.

I'm trying to find which records match between two sheets.
I ended up concatenating all the fields and running my match based on the concatenated field. That worked for a temporary solution
