Bulk changing text tab delimited files to CSV comma delimited format files

hello there

I have about 34 separate text files, Instead of opening one by one and saving them as CSV file format, Is there a way they can be bulk changed to CSV comma delimited format (separate 34 CSV files)?

Much appreciated. Please help.
