lable text alignment issue in userform

Hi,


I created one sample userform. in that, there are 4 lables, all lable's text aligned center by using properties window (TextAlign - 2 - fmTextAlignCenter). but text not aligned (middle alignment) center (Pls go through the attachment). Pls help
