formatting trick

Hello guys,

i need to crack this problem on formatting. I think that the file attached is worthed more than 100 words.

In a nutshell, I don't want to see, when the var. is minus, that weird -+ in the text column. I need the text column cause i have to upload that info in google maps.

to:

IF(C2<0,"","+")&TEXT(C2,"0%")
